Ticket Information
No Refunds or Exchanges. All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Schedule Changes
Artists and event schedules may change. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Buy Only From Authorized Seller
Purchase tickets only through our official website or ticketing partner. All of our event tickets will only be sold on this website or Eventbrite Canada on our official page.
Tickets bought from unauthorized sellers may not be valid. We will never sell tickets or ask for donations on Meta/Facebook Marketplace or by text message.
Rain, Snow or Shine
The event or concert will take place rain or shine, unless extreme or unsafe weather requires cancellation
Event Cancellation Due to Extreme Weather or Situations Outside Our Control
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible refunds will be issued according to the applicable ticketing policy. There are several instances in which the festival may be paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, or as directed by the venue or local emergency personnel. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, refunds for the base ticket price and taxes will be automatically issued through Eventbrite or our Website to the original credit card used for purchase.
Please note that we cannot assist with tickets purchased outside of our official ticketing channels. We strive for refunds to be completed within 90 days of cancellation notice, but please refer to any direct email communication or updates on our official website or social media channels throughout the process for the most up-to-date information.
